I am a joint-educated Ph.D. student between Jiangsu Key Laboratory for Design and Manufacture of Micro-Nano Biomedical Instruments and Department of Mechanical Engineering at Southeast University and Department of Physics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am now doing research on (1) nanopore DNA sequencing, (2) nanopore protein detection and (3) membrane protein design by both theoretical and experimental methods.
